Our Academy prioritises the workload balance of its staff and is focused on their wellbeing. This allows our staff to provide the exceptional education our pupils deserve.

Newbridge Academy is an exciting place to work. Staff have the opportunity to learn and develop their practice and to pursue fulfilling careers. You will be able to make life changing differences for our pupils.

Whether you’re at the start of your career, or looking to progress further, we have a range of opportunities available. We also have a number of term-time only positions for those returning to work after a career break or managing child-care.

There is a comprehensive induction programme in place for all staff who support our students including training in Health and Safety, Intimate Care, Medical Training and Manual Handling. Alongside this are sessions on teaching and learning specialist pedagogy and therapeutic support programmes.

As well as coming to work at Newbridge we are also very interested in those who may wish to volunteer to help at the school and those who may be interested in work experience.
