Clubs and Extended Schools Activities
Astrum Multi Academy Trust delivers clubs for children and young people aged 5–18 who attend Astrum schools and live within the borough.
Astrum Stars – Holiday Club
Astrum Stars runs during selected school holidays and provides pupils with structured opportunities for physical and sensory activities, social interaction, and wellbeing.
Important Information
Each child is currently limited to a maximum of three days per year.
The academic year runs from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While additional days may be requested, these can only be offered if cancellations arise, which is rare. Requested days are not guaranteed until written confirmation has been issued.
Booking a Place
To request a place, parents and carers must complete the relevant booking form. Forms will be sent via Arbor closer to each club date and must be returned by the stated deadline. Written confirmation will then be issued confirming the allocated days.

Easter Holiday Club 2026 (4 days)

Summer Break 2026 (8 days)
Tuesday 21 July, Wednesday 22 July, Thursday 23 July, Friday 24 July
Monday 27 July, Tuesday 28 July, Wednesday 29 July, Thursday 30 July
October Break 2026 (2 days)
Monday 26 October and Tuesday 27 October
Astrum Stars – After School Club
Astrum Stars also runs as an after-school club one day per week at each Astrum school. The club provides pupils with additional opportunities to engage in structured activities that support social interaction, engagement, and wellbeing beyond the school day.
Places are allocated on a rotational basis to ensure fair access. A booking form is sent to parents and carers each September via email and Arbor.
